The war in Ukraine continues, with Russia pulling troops back but launching a massive bombardment of cities via cruise missiles. As the war continues, the Ukrainians are making a push against Russian troops liberating land that was formally occupied. As they have done this, Russia has retaliated by bombing major cities with cruise missiles. The attacks have devastated the critical infrastructure of Ukraine. As the destruction of the electrical infrastructure continues how long can Ukraine hold out when the cities are dark? The possibility that the war may enter the winter months without electricity for many people. If we enter winter with a vast portion of the country without power.

If the Ukranian offensive continues Russia maybe forced to detonate a tactical nuclear device to slow the advance of Ukraine's military.
